Once the goods are ordered this will constitute an offer to purchase the goods subject to the terms
and conditions hereinafter appearing.
These conditions shall apply to the purchase of goods to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions.

How to order

Orders are accepted by post, telephone, fax, e-mail or in person.
When you have ordered the goods the company will start to prepare your order.
Once this has commenced the order cannot be cancelled in any way.

Prices

The prices of the goods will be quoted to you at the time of placing the order.
We reserve the right to make changes as necessary without notice.

VAT

All prices exclude VAT and postage and packaging.
VAT must be added to the total amount ( including carriage ) of your order.
This does not apply if goods are to be sent to any country outside the EC.

Payment

All orders must be accompanied by payments in full (unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the company)
and in advance for goods and services. 100% to be paid on the date of placing order.
Payment could be made by:
cash, cheques( only in British Pound Sterling), credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express,
Visa Debit or Bank transfers.

Production time:

For fabrics we have in stock-despatch in 48 hours after receiving full payment for order.
All our shaded and designer's fabrics we make to order, production time 6-7 working days from the date of placing order.
Delivery time depending from destination and delivery company chosen by customer.

Delivery Policy

Postage and packing charges are dependent upon the size, weight and destination of the parcel as well
as the speed of delivery required.
Such amount shall be included in the invoice to the customer.
Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and the company shall not be liable for
any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused.
The risk in respect of the goods sold will pass to you upon Delivery.
It is important that you ensure that all goods are inspected upon arrival for defects and damage. If you find a defected or damaged item, please contact us so that we can resolve the matter with minimum delay.
Carriers require that all claims be notified in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods and that non-delivery
be notified within 14 days of the date of despatch, 21 days for overseas.
Claims notified after this period will not be recognised.

Refund, replacement and cancellation.

We do not accept returns for cut fabrics and trimmings. Normally we only accept returns if the order was processed incorrectly or the item is defective. In special cases, we do accept an exchange - it has to be agreed by Farale Ltd prior to your return of the goods.
If your order was processed incorrectly or the item you received is defective, we will make a full refund including return postage. If the goods were returned for exchange (subject to prior agreement), we will NOT refund the return postage and in some cases we will charge the postage for sending the replacement.
The refund will be made using the same method as was used to make the payment.
Customer has a right to cancel order before status "processing" is applied to order. You can check status of your order on "My Account / Orders" page.
If you are entitled to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of any price paid for the Products in accordance with our refunds policy.

Data Protection

The customer agrees that the company can hold and process by computer any information about the customer.

Warranty

The company's warranty is limited in respect of slight variation in colour this is due variations between dye lots.
No warranty is given by the company in respect of fitness for the purpose intended by customer.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are suitable for your own purpose.
The above warranty is given by Farale Ltd, subject to the condition, that we shall be under no liability in respect
of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions,
misuse, alteration or repair without our approval or failure to follow our instructions(whether oral or in writing).
Any claim by you which is based on a defect in quality or condition of the goods or their failure
shall be notified to the company within 7 days of delivery and return the goods in their original delivered condition
within 14 days of delivery. Claims notified after this period will not be recognised.
In the event that a fault is accepted by Farale Ltd the goods will be replaced free of charge.
