What do I do if an item I've ordered is no longer wanted?

We are very happy to refund or exchange items that are returned within 14 days of receipt.  Returned goods must be unused with no marks or signs of wear and with their original packaging, with labels etc, so that they can be re-sold.  You must first call us on 01253 794477 (international +44 1253 794477) to receive a returns number before sending any item(s) or make a Return request on "My account" page.

Who pays the postage for returning items?

If you receive a faulty item, we’ll refund the cost of posting it back to us (up to £25). Please use recorded delivery to return items to avoid any losses.

 

Where do I send returned items?

Post to "Farale Ltd, 231 Inner Promenade, Lytham St Annes, Lancashire, FY8 1BB, UK", and include a note indicating your order number and whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
